Our fees:

We offer our clients a useful service at a fair price. As a fixed basic fee for drawing up a personalised specifications profile, the preliminary selection of corresponding properties and the negotiation with estate agents and or private sellers, we charge a flat rate of 1000 EURO.

(max. 6 months, max. 6 property presentations)

Once you have found your ideal property and we negotiate a price reduction for you, the following success rate fee will be charged (only if the purchase goes ahead).

Initial offer prices	Success rate fee as part of the price reduction
up to EURO 250.000,-	20% of the negotiated price reduction
up to EURO 500.000,-	15% of the negotiated price reduction
up to EURO 1.000.000,-	10% of the negotiated price reduction
As EURO 1.000.000,-	6% of the negotiated price reduction
All prices excl. 19% VAT.
